Joe Strickland is the Director of Resource Management and Business Continuity for KELLY Administrative Services (KAS). He is responsible for Workforce Management, Manpower Forecasting, and Business Continuity Planning. This includes the activities of forecasting, scheduling, staffing, project managing, planning, directing, reporting, auditing, and testing. Joe is responsible for providing tools that help KAS to ensure that we have the right people in the right positions in the right places.
Joe is responsible for assisting the organization to achieve superior operational performance that exceeds client expectations and is consistent with the mission and strategic goals of KELLY.
Joe has extensive industry experience in Health care, Banking, Finance Services, and Call Center Operations. Prior to joining KELLY, Joe successfully led the call center customer service teams at Legg Mason and Canon Computer Systems. He is also experienced with banking operations as he previously served as the Household Credit Services call center manager.
Joe holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Rider University in Lawrence Township, New Jersey and a Master’s of Science degree in Information Systems from the University of Maryland in Baltimore County.
Joe is a native of Newark, New Jersey where he and his five siblings were raised. Joe and his wife LaPonda currently reside in Owings Mills, Maryland with their two sons, Justin and Lance.
